Martin Bejerano - pianist from Miami discovered by Roy Haynes for his Fountain of Youth band. Has a sound and feel reminiscent of Keith Jarrett with a Latin sensibility. Young and maturing quickly.

Joel Frahm - Tenor saxophonist who has 2 great CDs under his own name, The Navigator and We Used to Dance. Also did a duet album with Brad Mehldau.

Hakim Atakoglu - Turkish pianist who dazzles and is a great composer as well. Has a CD out with Horacio "el Negro" Hernandez and Anthony Jackson. This is Michel Camilo's best rhythm section.

Silvano Monasterios - pianist from Miami by way of Caracas, Venezuela, who can hold is own with the best. Has CD on Dogleg with Mark Egan and Paul Wertico. Great composer and even better p_layer_.
